It is nice to meet you!

In the world, there are those that eat meat/dairy and those that do not. Vegetarians and Vegans chose to refrain from meat and dairy (Vegans) for health reasons, for environmental reasons, and for animal impact reasons. There are many who side with the Vegetarians and Vegans for all of these reasons, but also have a desire for a mindful balance between the two ends of the food spectrum: a meat/dairy-based diet and a plant-based diet.

 

These are Sparitarians.

 

A Sparitarian is a person and lifestyle with heart, that adheres to a plant-based diet that incorporates meat and dairy sparingly. A Sparitarian is mindful of their health, of the environment, and of animals. A Sparitarian expresses gratitude for their food and is aware of its origin and impact on the environment and animal kingdom. A Sparitarian is respectful of those who chose to never consume meat or dairy and encourages those who do, to consume sparingly and with thankfulness.
